Spring Hockey Program
U12, U14, High School8-week high-performance training program combining on-ice development, off-ice strength, and skill work. Each week includes 2 on-ice sessions (60 min), 4 strength & conditioning sessions (60 min), and 2 shooting/stickhandling sessions (45 min). Designed to elevate your athlete by improving skating, hockey IQ, strength, speed, and scoring ability for serious players committed to growth.
